I’m a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner with over 3.5 years of experience delivering impactful change across finance and technology transformation programmes. My focus is on driving sustainable adoption and engagement across complex organisations through practical, user-centred change strategies.My change management approach is grounded in the ADKAR methodology, designing tailored training, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans that address the “human side” of transformation. I’ve worked closely with business and technical teams to align priorities, mitigate adoption risks, and deliver cohesive experiences that make change stick. Key areas of expertise include- Finance and Technology Transformation – guiding teams through ERP and digital tool implementations, process optimisation, and target operating model (TOM) shifts- Cross-functional Collaboration – partnering with technology, operations, finance, and HR to understand and manage organisation-wide change impacts- User-Centred Change Delivery – embedding human-focused design principles into training and communication plans to maximise engagement and adoption- Project & Change Integration – balancing delivery management and change execution to achieve programme outcomes efficiently.I’ve supported delivery of technologies including SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, ServiceNow, and Concur, ensuring seamless transition to new platforms through well-structured change journeys.Before moving into change management, I worked as a Management Consultant, where I developed strong commercial and client engagement skills — from winning new work (proposals, commercials, resourcing) to providing Project Management support to large-scale technology transformation initiatives for financial services clients.My experience spans retail, banking, insurance, and public sector organisations, where I’ve helped leaders and teams navigate the challenges of digital transformation and business change.I’m passionate about bridging the gap between people, process, and technology, helping organisations evolve in ways that are both strategic and human-centred.
