Significant input into creation of annual business plan and strategy- Identifying recruitment needs in line with business plan and expectation on client’s mid-term/long term needs- Interviewing/competence assessing candidates that have been proposed by the Recruitment Team in Bostonair Group- Coordinating client requested activity with the availability of the competent resource within the Team- Managing a team of Auditors as required to ensure consistency of performance and creating a sustainable pipeline of work- Creating of pricing and proposals for prospective clients and supporting as required from other key stakeholders- Reviewing audit reports carried out by Bostonair before they are submitted to the client- Client liaison and site visits as required to ensure client satisfaction with the service and to develop long-term sustainable partnerships- Creation and maintenance of Bostonair Compliance Services Local Procedures Manual, that describes how we operate- Supporting the Head of Sales with prospective client calls acting as SME and business lead- Delivering high value service delivery to our client base and maintaining relationships between Bostonair and its clients- Identify opportunities to continuously improve and evolve our service offering- Review pay rates for the Team on an annual basis ensuring we are in line with market conditions- Actively conducting client audits ensuring audit ‘recency’ and client knowledge- High degree of autonomy to choose to increase this activity as required by the operation and priorities.
