My job at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on elevating J. J. Keller to be a top workplace destination and employer of choice, but also get to work on initiatives that help to make us a sustainable, agile, and stabile organization.Transparency is a key element in the work of the Executive Leadership Team. We can have the best plans; however, if they are not communicated in a manner that our associates can connect to the reasoning and direction, it is all for naught.I recently served as one of seven facilitators on a project designed to identify specific actions that would help associates connect with the organization and each other in a hybrid work environment.I love working for a company that has a positive impact on so many. Whether it is helping our customers comply with complex regulations or keep their employees safe. or removing barriers so our associates can thrive. or partnering with our local Habitat for Humanity affiliate to build a home for a deserving family. It\'s all very rewarding!I very much value working for a private organization who makes solid short-term decisions in pursuit of what\'s in the best interest of our customers as opposed to Wall Street. I love to travel and explore, both close to home and across state lines. Always looking for those gems to discover. shops, scenic sights, trails, vineyards, restaurants, etc.
