I am committed to working in education, and have a strong record of empowering others toward achievement. My experience in education is varied having worked with 4K, elementary, middle school, high school and college age students. My K12 teaching experience as well as my role at Concordia University Wisconsin provide background and experience for me to serve as a faculty member in many areas for the School of Education of an institute of higher education. I am a collaborative, transformational, and visionary leader who builds relationships with all stakeholders and constituencies. My leadership experiences have enabled me to develop student-centered, leadership and managerial skills that will influence and empower individuals as we work together towards academic and learning goals.
