Since qualifying into property litigation in 2004, I have experienced a wide range of commercial landlord and tenant related issues through my involvement with both retail and investment portfolios. I specialise in commercial property management and in particular 1954 Act lease renewals (contested and uncontested), break notices, substantial dilapidation claims, service charge disputes, recovery of rent arrears and possession claims including forfeiture and trespasser actions. I have a particular specialism in niche areas of law, including rent reviews, pub code and waterways. I am a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property.
