I am a partner in Ryan Swanson’s Immigration Group, where I assist companies of all sizes in bringing workers to the United States on a temporary and permanent basis. I handle immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications for professionals, treaty traders and investors, multinational managers, researchers and skilled workers. I have particular experience applying for temporary and permanent visas for artists, entertainers, and musicians. In addition, I assist individuals in bringing their family members to the U.S. I have also successfully represented clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
