Throughout my 35+ year professional career, I’ve helped organizations navigate a rapidly changing landscape across a spectrum of very different schools: boarding, urban, suburban, day, coed and single-sex. Two decades of my work have also involved identifying, recruiting and transitioning new employees.My varied leadership roles give me insight into the nuances of institutional organizations, and what sets them apart from their competition.
