My first role stepping into the property industry- Helping prospective tenants from point of enquiry all the way into moving into the property- Booking prospective tenants in for viewings, ensuring all properties meeting criteria are shown- Managing a personal diary, ensuring enough time is allocated to slots- Conducting viewings, including driving prospective tenants between properties- Drawing contracts up, checking tenant and guarantor information, and processing admin- Keeping a professional and close relationships to landlords, and attending meetings to ensure their properties are let efficiently and correctly- Efficient in using Sturents and AgentOs systems- Aiding property management with maintenance requests, property checkouts and inventories and tenant queries- Letting 700% more in October 2024 alone, compared to what was achieved October 2023 combined
