ABOUT AMY REDMOND ASSOC

I’m a People Operations professional with over 5 years’ experience supporting global organisations across the full employee lifecycle. I have a strong interest in building efficient, scalable HR processes while ensuring employees and managers are well supported, informed, and empowered to succeed.Currently, I work as a People Operations Specialist at KX, where I partner with managers and senior stakeholders across several areas of HR including systems, employee relations, reward, and HR analytics. My role focuses on improving HR processes, strengthening people operations, and delivering workforce insights that support informed, people-focused decision-making across the business.Prior to this, at FD Technologies I played a key role in supporting the organisation’s global contracts function and leading onboarding initiatives across multiple regions. This included delivering induction programmes and helping shape a consistent and positive experience for hundreds of new hires across the UK, Europe, and North America.I hold a First Class Honours degree in Business Studies with Human Resource Management from Ulster University and have completed both CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications. I’m particularly interested in HR operations, employee experience, and leveraging data and technology to strengthen how people functions support organisational growth.
