Successful managed university studies alongside completing my workload to a high standard. • Independently serve internal systems used by AJ Bell staff to provide them with the tools to deliver improved customer journeys. • Engage with a wide range of colleagues, from developers, business analysts, senior stakeholders, and users from various teams to achieve our goals. • Gained skills in UX/UI design, prototyping, product strategy, user testing & research along with my ability to collaborate effectively and adapt quickly in new environments. • Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork. • Mentored other apprentices in their role and Year 12 and 13 students from less advantaged areas to aid them in their career next steps. • I have presented to large audiences within the company and externally where i have received great feedback.
