ABOUT AMY PIERCE

I have over 34 years of experience working in the insurance industry. Previously, I\'ve served similar roles that also included commercial marketing and account servicing and leadership roles. Prior to broker/agency, I served within the leadership team and responsible for many business areas including customer service, claims, technical, provider network/credentialing, quality review and learning & development. I love learning, teaching and always hoping to make a positive difference. I am a problem solver. I\'ve been very fortunate to have had many mentors during my career. I enjoy working with people albiet co-associates or customers many of which have become life long friends. Aside from my work experience, I facilitate private Social Artworking parties. I have and continue to enjoy serving my community. I have been involved in community efforts, past volunteer firefighter and EMT, involved with women leader organizations and participated in a mentoring program within Bellarmine University for future female leaders. I just don\'t seem to sit still!
