About Amy Perifanos

As Vice President of the Strategy & Implementation group at Human8, we drive growth for BtoC and BtoB organizations by developing and embedding customer-centric strategies into the fabric of client organizations. Our group focuses on competencies that support change management, employee experience, and human-centered innovation—all in service of building more customer-centric cultures for our clients. I lead a team of seasoned business strategists, change management and implementation experts, and trend specialists who apply consultative approaches in developing customer-centered growth strategies, while weaving them into corporate culture. Essential to this is ensuring employee and customer experiences are in lockstep. With Human8 since 2007, I also helped launched the company’s Insight Curation practice and have led the growth of key client accounts in the food, beverage and lifestyle sectors. I also sit on our North America’s leadership team. I reside in the Greater Milwaukee Area with my husband and three daughters.
