2022 Interim Leadership Recruiter of the year• Average of 65-75 leaders on assignment YOY• 1 million dollars+ of Revenue per month• Identify, screen, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates to fill open Leadership roles• Manage and document all communication with candidates within the organization\'s ATS • Proactively recruit and pre-qualify candidates• Communicate with Corporate and hospital leadership on a regular basis to promote communication and teamwork regarding candidate pipeline.• Develop a pool of diverse clinical directors. • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. HealthTrust is owned by HCA and is the nations largest GPO. Contracts are typically 3-6 months long with a guaranteed 30 day notice. HealthTrust provides housing, car rentals, and biweekly flights home. We also offer 401K, employee stock options, and an essential healthcare plan. HealthTrust is pet-friendly and will pay up to $300 for a pet deposit if you would like to take your pet on assignment with you!
