Twenty years of experience in staffing, managing, and mentoring high-performing global teams including 24x7 mission critical service delivery centers, customer success and professional services teams. Successfully managed several high-profile programs and projects such as; establishing new support center, new product releases, 3 post- acquisition integration projects including staff, systems and tools, products and services and customer lifecycle processes.Throughout my career I have focused on identifying areas of opportunity and championing projects that improve business processes, enhance business products and solutions, and solve customer problems.
