I’m a senior data and analytics executive with 25+ years of experience—10+ in leadership—driving enterprise Data, Analytics, BI, and AI strategy across health & wellness, ecommerce, and technology. My career has focused on turning data into a strategic asset, building high-performing teams, and enabling organizations to make smarter, faster, more confident decisions with measurable business impact.As Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Swanson Health Products, I lead the company’s enterprise data strategy, multi-year analytics roadmap, AI initiatives, data governance, and data engineering capabilities. I built the analytics function from the ground up—evolving a siloed environment into a centralized, enterprise-level capability that supports decision-making across marketing, ecommerce, supply chain, operations, and finance.My leadership spans data platform strategy, modern data architecture, semantic layer/curated datasets, BI modernization, advanced analytics, experimentation, and customer analytics. I establish clear measurement frameworks, KPI/OKR operating rhythms, and standardized metric definitions so teams can move from reporting to insight-to-action and sustained performance improvement.I drive modernization through Snowflake, Power BI, dbt, SQL, and Python, while introducing LLM-enabled workflows, agentic automation, and scalable analytics solutions that improve speed-to-insight, data trust, and decision quality.
