About Amy Ozee

Selected to the Canadian National Team for beach volleyball, I have been training full-time in Toronto, Ontario. I am being developed by Volleyball Canada to represent on the FIVB World Tour, with hopes of the LA 2028 Olympic Games. I am actively looking for sponsorship and company\'s that align with my lifestyle and mission. My why? To be a strong role model for the generations to come and grow the game of beach volleyball wherever I go. With a focus on Hawai\'i and Canada, I am committed to building camps and clinics to develop skills and educate players on competing at a university level and beyond. Along with my athletic career, I am the Buyer and Marketing Manager at Second Wind Maui and am the Senior Promotions Manager for Beach Nation Volleyball and Building Brilliant Futures. In my role at Second Wind Maui, I oversee the selection and purchasing of men\'s and women\'s apparel and accessories, as well as the creation and distribution of social media content and marketing campaigns. In my role at Beach Nation and Building Brilliant Futures, I oversee social media content creation, construct marketing campaigns, create decks and pamphlets, and am currently working on the construction of our new brand launch. I leverage my skills in data analysis, market research, and survey design to optimize the product development, advertising, and customer interaction processes. I have a background in quantitative economics, having graduated with a M.S. degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2021. I have a working understanding of Python, R, SQL, STATA, Excel, and machine learning tools, which I applied in various projects and assignments during my studies. I also have experience in digital marketing, using tools such as MailChimp, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to promote various campaigns and initiatives. I am fascinated by the intersection of economics and marketing, and I am ideally looking for a role in brand strategy.
