Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and hands-on opportunities, we inspire and support young engineers from all backgrounds to explore, develop and succeed in STEM careers.As Director, Youth Community at RS, I focus on bridging the engineering skills gap by creating impactful learning experiences and driving initiatives that open doors for underrepresented talent. I lead on our diversity in STEM stream, ensuring that our community is not just a pipeline for future engineers but a space where everyone, regardless of background feels valued and empowered. For me, developing the next generation isn\'t just about meeting industry needs - it\'s about doing the right thing! By championing young people today, we build a stronger, more diverse, and innovative engineering future for all.
