Amy represents public and private companies in a broad range of national and international corporate, finance, real estate and commercial transactions. Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate and debt restructurings, private placements, general business transactions and contracts, joint ventures, commercial lending transactions and corporate governance.
