Slack\'s PMO team manages and executes the most impactful, cross-functional programs across Slack. In this role, I\'ve been supporting our People organization with a focus on Recruiting, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, and Talent Programs. • Trusted partner for Slack\'s Recruiting leadership team during the Salesforce acquisition. Identified creative strategies to maintain hiring velocity and a positive employee experience, while balancing significant change. Program included the end-to-end recruiting strategy and operations, talent brand and candidate journey, data migration, enablement, and change management. • Strategized with Sales Recruiting Leadership to accelerate hiring in FY23 within Sales & CS to achieve 130% YoY incremental growth in AE headcount. • Partnered with Slack\'s Talent, BizTech, Internal Comms & Compensation teams to manage our bi-annual employee performance and compensation cycles.
