Key responsibilities - Own & build the product roadmap, working collaboratively with stakeholders to constantly align to the strategic goals & vision of the company - Identify business value within product features and prioritise work accordingly, taking into account development complexity, resource availability and impact - Own the product backlog, develop scope and define tickets translating business and customer needs into clearly defined epics and user stories that guide the development team - Make sure that the NLP, developer and design teams are aligned and understand the current priorities and goals - Project manage the big ticket items and make sure priorities are on track balancing client requests, roadmap items and bugs - Work collaboratively with our design and UX team to conduct customer interviews, evolve our target personas, analyse user needs and interpret user feedback - Keep an eye on the market and competitive landscape for emerging trends and integrate research & market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and leverage product-led growth - Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies such as standup, refinement, platform demos and retros - Perform user acceptance testing on our staging and production environments
