ABOUT AMY LEVINE HEISERMAN
I am Senior Counsel with Nautilus Insurance Group. In this role, I work with a talented team of insurance claims professionals to evaluate coverage and review letters to insureds addressing the company’s position on coverage. I also manage extra-contractual litigation files, overseeing outside counsel and participating in key strategy decisions. Outside of the claims department, I work closely with our product development team for legal compliance on new and revised coverage forms for the commercial property and casualty lines of business, as well as our excess policy forms. I also review and negotiate contracts with outside vendors across all departments of the company.
