I maintain close contact with clients and monitor construction and financial activities. Leading by example, I uphold the mission and values of White Lotus Group- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of awarded projects to ensure completion within scope, budget, and schedule. Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, Project Superintendent, and Project Engineers- Scheduling: Ensure schedules display all divisions of work comprehensively- Subcontractor and Supplier Management: Prepare scope comparison documents- Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Prepare project documents for presentation to clients and stakeholders. Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations, either directly or in a supervisory role- Financial Management: Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and project costs. Generate and issue regular internal and external reporting.
