I am an accomplished healthcare executive who has spent more than twenty years leading large, complex service lines and shaping high-performing teams in a major medical system. My most recent role as Vice President of Ancillary Services entrusted me with multimillion-dollar operations across both ambulatory and acute settings—including imaging, cardiovascular services, provider-based clinics, laboratory, and therapies.My career has always centered on a disciplined blend of operational excellence, people-first leadership, and the unwavering pursuit of better patient outcomes. Improving efficiency while stewarding margin, experience, and employee engagement isn’t just part of the job—it’s the work I love.Alongside my executive leadership roles, I have been a strong advocate for innovation in healthcare.
