Amy Landers Pewitt has called Birmingham home for more than 35 years. Amy received her BS degree in Nursing. After Graduation, she worked for 10 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Brookwood, UAB’s regional NICU, and Trinity Baptist NICU. Furthermore, Amy gained experience as a recovery room RN (PACU). In Amy followed her passion and became a Certified Real Property Appraiser. Amy has appraised thousands of various style homes within Jefferson, Shelby, and portions of St. Clair counties. Her work has also included appraisals for legal purposes. In 2008, Amy continued to build her knowledge and became a Realtor. Amy brings a unique combination to the name “Realtor.” It is an extensive knowledge that has been built from years of appraising. This includes a vast knowledge of various markets and value in Jefferson, Shelby, and portions of St. Clair counties. She is proud to be the broker and owner of Flat Fee Real Estate Birmingham.
