Provide strategic and operational leadership for occupational health and clinical programs across multiple sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery in both clinic and non–on-site medical (NOSM) environments. Partner with executive leadership, EHS, and HR to execute enterprise health strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce needs, and regulatory requirements.Lead implementation and oversight of medical compliance programs, ensuring adherence to OSHA, ADA, DOT, HIPAA, and applicable regulations while mitigating organizational risk. Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into standardized clinical and operational practices across sites.Drive standardization of occupational health programs, including medical surveillance (MSE), return-to-work processes, and employee health protocols. Conduct site audits and compliance reviews, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve regulatory readiness and program performance.Serve as EMR and health systems subject matter expert, supporting documentation standards, system utilization, and data integrity. Analyze clinical metrics and program data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to leadership.Act as a clinical liaison across EHS, HR, Legal, and site leadership, advising on compliance, employee health programs, and risk mitigation. Support crisis management and business continuity efforts.Manage vendor relationships and health service delivery, monitoring performance and driving improvements in quality and access to care. Contribute to policy development and lead training initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
