Appointed to The Advisory Board of The Judge Judith O. Hollinger Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR.) Program will prepare students in the field of arbitration and mediation, a vitally important area of law that will continue to grow in importance in the future. Through the program, students will gain an in-depth knowledge of the complexities of ADR, and the skills courses will teach them to arbitrate, mediate and negotiate settlements outside of court.The ADR program offers a wide range of arbitration and mediation courses, an ADR Certificate Program, as well as hands-on practical experience through mediation clinics, practicums/externships, workshops and mock mediation/arbitration competitions.
