I am responsible for assisting and supporting the HR Department in all facets of human resources including recruiting, performance management, and assisting the Regional HR Managers in the field. Some of these responsibilities include: • Recruiting qualified candidates through, approved recruiters, and other online recruiting sources. • Arranging interviews and assisting in the pre-screening of qualified candidates to fill vacant positions; background and reference checking. • Supporting the Senior VP of Human Resources with policy revisions as well as other projects. • Working with the Regional HR Managers to meet individual and group training needs based on performance reviews.
