Some of these responsibilities include: • Recruiting qualified candidates through, approved recruiters, and other online recruiting sources. • Arranging interviews and assisting in the pre-screening of qualified candidates to fill vacant positions; background and reference checking. • Supporting the Senior VP of Human Resources with policy revisions as well as other projects. • Working with the Regional HR Managers to meet individual and group training needs based on performance reviews.
