Oversee all global Human Resources functions for organization. Lead an 85 person team made up of HR Generalists, Compliance, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness for a $3 Billion organization with associates. Focus for this team is the continued implementation of HR strategies and programs including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Labor Relations, Talent Assessments and Process Excellence. Partner with business leaders to anticipate, identify, and address human resources needs and related operations matters. Executed a Talent Assessment program that proactively recognizes, engages and develops key talent, identifies and ultimately addresses skill gaps and improves overall performance. Lead and oversee organizational designs and restructures in the organization. Recent examples include our supply chain reorganization and Canadian operations consolidation. Merging 10 locations into one consolidated office in Toronto. Led the reorganization and harmonization post acquisition of our US customer service organization, moving 100 roles within a 9 month period. Harmonized all policies, procedures and practices for the teams. Co-lead a team of senior leaders in the creation and launch of our new Cultural Platform including our new Vision, Mission and Values. Successfully launched employee engagement/cultural survey, implemented actions plans and metrics to track business unit progress.
