My role blends operational excellence with creative hospitality leadership to ensure every stay embodies our brand promise of a true “home away from home.”Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations, guest communications, housekeeping, vendor management, and QC oversight to maintain five-star service standards. • Team Development: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including Guest Communications, Operations Coordination, Marketing, and Field Support. Implement role clarity, SOPs, and KPI frameworks to streamline performance. • Process Optimization: Built and maintain SOPs, onboarding workflows, and inventory systems to ensure consistency across properties. Introduced structured feedback loops to capture guest insights and drive improvements. • Guest Experience & Brand Standards: Curate design and hospitality standards across the portfolio, elevating each property with thoughtful details and curated experiences that reflect our brand identity. • Technology & Innovation: Oversee property management systems (Streamline), Breezeway task management, and website integrations.
