Regent Properties is a vertically integrated real estate investment management and development firm with headquarters in Dallas and Los Angeles and ~$2.3 billion in AUM. Over our 30+ year history, Regent has entitled and/or developed over residential lots across the Sun Belt. Leveraging our extensive experience, relationships, and track record, we launched our BTR platform in the beginning of 2023. As of Q1 2024, we have a development pipeline of over homes across California, Nevada, and Texas, and are actively pursuing new acquisition opportunities across the Sunbelt.
