Conduct full-cycle recruiting for positions across the studio including Production, Visual Effects, Business Operations, Marketing, IT, etc. • Partner with hiring managers to strategically organize and prioritize hiring needs. • Oversee and manage onboarding process for incoming hires, and facilitate visa application process when required. • Manage ATS and Onboarding software, and implement new systems and strategies to improve existing workflow. • Consistently communicate with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process and stay in touch with internal talent through check-ins, career chats and portfolio reviews. • Attend virtual and in-person conventions, conferences, festivals, job fairs, associations, organizations, universities and colleges to provide visibility to the studio and create a pipeline of candidates for full time, freelance and internship positions. • Track, report and analyze recruiting effectiveness by preparing various reports and data metric packets.
