As a Manager on the Workplace Practices team, I collaborate closely with five of the Human Resources teams across the Americas to deliver expert policy interpretation and guidance. I evaluate and make informed decisions regarding policy exceptions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. I lead training sessions on a variety of critical topics, including Performance Management, and provide strategic counsel on complex employment situations. My role also includes overseeing escalated religious accommodation decisions, leading HR initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, and contributing to global workstreams focused on Labor Relations and audit compliance, specifically for Affirmative Action Plans (AAP).
