Program Management: Planning and delivering our support program for a community of over 800 mentors, including our AfA (Agentur Für Arbeit) partnership. Instructors on this program mentor students coming to the program with an educational voucher from the government. • Project Management: Ongoing projects to support instructors with their roles and student success. Including projects to design training and onboarding materials, including teaching methods, how to teach in a digital learning environment and use our eLearning platform, time management, developing and updating online educational resources, and digital communication. •Support and Operations: Providing 1-1 support to instructors through calls and emails on topics such as student case resolution in collaboration with Student Advisors, pedagogical skills support, motivational teaching and learning strategies, and general technical queries when using our digital platform.
