ABOUT AMY HINSLIFF-SMITH

I am currently employed at CEVA Logistics, a global leader in logistics, as an Innovation Specialist and Transition and Transformation Project Manager. In my current role, I manage critical projects aimed at driving change and operational efficiency, while continuing to leverage my background in innovation to develop impactful solutions.I also serve on the UKWA Young Persons Advisory Board, where I provide strategic industry expertise, advice, and guidance to the UKWA Executive, with a specific focus on policy and public affairs.My career is driven by my lifelong passion for sailing. As a Senior RYA Sailing Instructor, I have not only competed but have enjoyed teaching and mentoring, with international experiences along the way. In 2021 and 2022, I became a member of the British Keelboat Academy, refining my yacht racing skills and pursuing competitive racing. In 2023, I expanded my horizons into offshore sailing, embarking on an exciting new journey into UK double-handed racing.
