About Amy Hekmat

As a Strategy Senior Manager at Deloitte, Amy brings over 15 years of experience in strategy development, innovation capabilities, emerging technologies, and stakeholder engagement. She leads innovative strategy engagements for both US Federal Government clients, private sector clients, and clients in the Social sector. An experienced facilitator and public speaker, Amy has presented at events around the world. Amy leads strategic projects across complex stakeholder groups with a strong interest in how technology and process innovations will better serve the public and drive impact. As a Deloitte leader in the global social sector, Amy guides social innovation programs which connect the ingenuity of the private sector towards solving the world’s toughest challenges. Amy has consulted for organizations around the world focused on social entrepreneurship and sustainable practices. Amy began her career in an IT services company, where she improved organizational performance by guiding internal operations and enhancing technological capabilities to suit growth demands. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
