As the Corporate Responsibility Officer for Thornton Tomasetti, I am responsible for “greening” the corporation’s operations and services and for achieving my firm’s Triple Bottom Line goals. This includes the creation of corporate social responsibility programs that support employee wellness and satisfaction and increase community involvement. My role as the responsibility/sustainability officer for a 1300+ employee international engineering and building services firm involves educating and engaging employees across the company’s 40+ office locations.
