ABOUT AMY HARLOW
I graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Honours degree in Nutrition (Industrial). As part of my degree, I completed a placement at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Milling, where I gained valuable insight into the food industry and was able to apply my academic knowledge in a practical, real-world setting.Alongside my studies, I gained diverse experience that strengthened both my technical and interpersonal skills. This includes: volunteering at a cookery school in Leeds, completing a dissertation exploring the link between Type 1 Diabetes and eating disorders, and developing an innovative food product that was presented at the Ecotrophelia European FinalI am passionate about building a career in the nutrition and food industry, where I can continue to develop my expertise and make a positive impact. I enjoy working collaboratively, and I bring strong communication and organisational skills that allow me to thrive in team environments.Outside of work, I enjoy running, playing tennis, cooking, baking, and spending time with friends.
