Building on my experience as a Family Assistance Specialist, I delivered annual presentations on health care, education and retirement benefits available to the Soldiers of the 126 Army Band.With a focus on high performance and operational excellence, I provided leadership support for the soldiers and used community resources to help them solve personal problems such as homelessness, unpaid bills, food assistance, legal aid, etc.In my capacity as a Senior trainer for the Master Resiliency Program, I successfully managed a team of three resilience trainers, planned monthly classes and ensured that all training were completed to standard.As a trusted team leader, I provided key leadership to a team of three Soldiers, ensured that they completed all tasks assigned and completed annual performance evaluations. Additionally, I delivered over 40 hours of instruction on benefits and resilience training and provided answers to various benefits related questions.
