   Amy is a software application administrator in the Information Services department at the RAND Corporation, a research institute with its headquarters based in Santa Monica, California. Amy is an account administrator. She maintains and supports enterprise applications and supporting systems, researches and analyzes system application needs and solutions for users, and provides assistance, advice, troubleshooting, and technical information to customers using software applications at RAND. Amy has also worked as a production assistant for a television commercial production company. She has a background and education in advertising and marketing.
