WORK HISTORY
Commercial Sales Manager @AHT Cooling Systems GmbH
As a Commercial Sales Manager, I work with food retailers, convenience operators and independent businesses to support refrigeration and estates decision-making as store formats evolve and regulatory, energy and operational pressures increase. My role focuses on helping estates, engineering and FM teams think through future-ready refrigeration strategies, balancing compliance, energy performance and long-term practicality rather than short-term specification. This includes supporting customers with:Strategic consideration of FPI, SPI and remote refrigeration across different store typesSensible introduction and rollout of CO₂ systems where appropriateNavigating F-gas transition and changing duty requirementsIntegration of refrigeration with wider HVAC and building servicesIncreasingly, I’m involved in conversations around integrated and turnkey delivery models, where simplifying installation, commissioning, warranty and ongoing responsibility is as important as the technology itself.I work closely with estates, engineering, sustainability and project teams to support informed decisions that stand up operationally and over the long term.

ABOUT AMY GITTOES MINSTR
I work with food retailers and independent operators on retail refrigeration and estates strategy, supporting decisions about how stores are designed, equipped and future-ready as regulatory, energy and operational pressures continue to evolve.Changes in store format, reduced duty requirements, rising energy costs and tightening F-gas regulation are prompting many estates teams to step back and reassess how refrigeration is specified and delivered not just in terms of technology choice, but long-term practicality, resilience and ownership. My role sits at the intersection of estates, engineering and sustainability. I enjoy working with teams to look at the system as a whole: how different store formats are best served by FPI, SPI or remote solutions, how CO₂ is introduced sensibly over time, and how refrigeration integrates with wider HVAC and operational needs.Increasingly, this means exploring simpler, more joined-up delivery models, including integrated or turnkey approaches, that reduce complexity for estates and FM teams and provide clearer accountability over installation, commissioning and ongoing support.I value open, collaborative conversations with Heads of Estates, Engineering and FM, as well as smaller operators navigating similar challenges at a different scale. Always happy to exchange perspectives on what future-ready store solutions look like in practice.
