About Amy G.

I lead complex environmental and infrastructure initiatives that sit at the intersection of policy, operations, and stakeholder collaboration. Over the course of my career I have worked across government, consulting, and corporate environments translating complex environmental regulations and funding programs into operational systems organizations can realistically implement. My work has included managing a national environmental funding portfolio exceeding $150M, launching corporate sustainability initiatives, and advising organizations on resilience and environmental planning.Earlier in my career at The Home Depot, I helped design operational solutions that allowed thousands of retail locations to comply with environmental regulations while maintaining practical store operations. I later founded an independent consulting practice supporting environmental and resilience initiatives across public and private sector organizations.Today I serve in the Marine Debris Program at NOAA, where I help oversee national environmental initiatives and collaborate across federal, state, nonprofit, and private-sector partners.I am currently pursuing an MBA at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University as a Forté Fellow, where I am exploring leadership roles that combine strategy, sustainability, and operational program design.
