ABOUT AMY FROUDE

I’m a strategic executive leader with a passion for driving growth, inspiring people, and challenging the status quo. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently delivered double-digit growth by setting bold visions, executing with energy, and empowering others to succeed. I’m proud to champion female leadership and believe deeply in investing in people; especially those who may not yet see their own potential.I began my journey as a graduate consultant and was quickly entrusted with managing a portfolio which held 10% of FTSE 100 clients. My approach, distinctive, client-centric, and commercially sharp, helped me win major brands. As the business grew, so did my leadership responsibilities.During the pandemic, I took on dual leadership roles while managing a £15M P&L and raising a young family. I built a high-performance culture across 40 Health and Risk Consultants, navigating immense change with resilience and clarity. After a period of global transformation, I became a member of two executive teams within Aon, the first in my business area to rise from graduate consultant to senior executive level. During this time I led an £80M portfolio through a team of 100 consultants and drove double digit performance through bold change and an inclusive culture.I’ve represented Aon in joint ventures, helped shape future health models, and spoken at national leadership events. I currently serve on the Women in Finance Mirror Taskforce alongside the Treasury, working to create gender balance across Financial Services.Now, as Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Commercial Risk UK, I continue to lead with vision, energy, and ambition; driving growth, building inclusive teams, and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and colleagues alike.
