I have completed numerous debt assessments, issued food bank vouchers, and provided tailored support on benefits, family and relationship issues, housing, and legal matters. This work has strengthened my strategic problem-solving skills, broadened my knowledge of social policy, and enabled me to make a meaningful difference to individuals facing complex challenges.
