I’m a public sector professional passionate about improving outcomes for Nevada communities through data-driven program management, strong partnerships, and a focus on systems that work.Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist with the Nevada Opioid Response Team, I help ensure effective statewide implementation of programs that address substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery. My work focuses on program evaluation, compliance, and continuous improvement — making sure resources reach the communities that need them most.For more than a decade, I’ve worked across Nevada’s workforce, education, and public health systems — leading grant-funded initiatives, coordinating statewide councils, and building bridges among agencies, nonprofits, and local partners. My experience spans the Governor’s Office of Workforce Innovation, Nevadaworks, the University of Nevada, Reno, and the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada.I’m also deeply involved in community arts as the Musical Director of High Desert Harmony Chorus, a women’s a cappella ensemble dedicated to empowerment and belonging through music.I’m energized by collaborative problem-solving, data-informed strategy, and helping teams succeed at scale — whether through better systems, stronger partnerships, or simply making complex projects run smoothly.
