ABOUT AMY FINK
Amy Fink has responsibility for managing a wide range of insurance-related issues, including coverage for professional liability, general liability, contractors pollution liability, asbestos, directors and officers, employment practices, workers\' compensation, and property claims. She has experience in all stages of federal and state court litigation, arbitration and mediation. In addition, Amy advises on global risk management issues throughout the Company and oversees operational risk management activities of the organization. She interacts with insurance brokers and insurance companies on all aspects of the Corporate insurance programs and advises the Company on litigation and risk aspects of M&A. Separately, Amy supports one of the Company\'s lines of business and gives advice on government contracts, legal matters involving aerospace, and commercial contracts.
