Playground Consultant Operations Manager @Precision Timber

Since co-founding Precision Timber with my family, I’ve helped grow the business from an idea into a thriving company delivering bespoke playgrounds and outdoor environments nationwide. My role brings together consultancy, sales and operations, making sure every project runs smoothly from the first sketch to the final installation.What I enjoy most is the variety. Some days I’m collaborating with a headteacher on a vision for their school grounds. Others I’m supporting a council to regenerate a park, meeting with an attraction to enhance visitor experiences, or walking a site with our installation team to check every detail is perfect.Highlights so far include:• Delivering over 80 playground and outdoor projects for schools, councils, communities and attractions across the UK• Building partnerships with leading suppliers such as Robinio, expanding our sustainable timber offering and project capabilities• Recruiting and leading a growing team of 21 passionate people whose dedication and creativity drive everything we do• Supporting schools and councils to secure funding that has made transformational projects possible• Seeing thousands of children’s smiling faces as they discover and enjoy the spaces we’ve createdWhat makes me most proud is that while Precision Timber has grown rapidly, we’ve kept the same family feel and values we started with - loyalty, honesty and passion for play. Those values run through everything we do, from how we treat our customers to how we work as a team.Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: to create spaces that inspire imagination, encourage play and bring people together.
