About Amy Engleman
I am currently the Law Enforcement Victim Advocat. I was a Colorado State Trooper for 25.5 years where I have served the state of Colorado. I have been a training officer, instructor in Leadership and assisted in creating new community involvement programs within our department. The last eight years I have served in the roll as a Recruiter/Background Investigator for employment. I currently serve as a member of the Peer Support team and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team for recruiting. I have received numerous awards and accolades. In 2019, I received the Trooper of the Year Award and the Hundred Club of Denver Distinguished Service Award for my work and service. I am an active member in my community and continue to volunteer my time and talents. I have volunteered for Gunnison School District School Accountability Board as well as other services for the school. I am a mentor for college students at Western University of Colorado.
