About Amy Endee
Human Resources and organizational effectiveness leader with 10+ years advising executive teams in high-change environments where growth had outpaced systems. Grounded in systems theory, I approach HR/OD/OE work through a behavioral and diagnostic lens. At a practical level, my work is about improving how decisions are made, how teams operate, and how leaders show up, because that’s where performance actually lives. My roots in systems/family therapy, social work, and education have given me, not just a grounding in empathy, but a unique lens on how human dynamics play out as real business risk, cost, and opportunity. Where some see policies, roles, and programs, I’m tracking behavior, cost, risk, patterns, and decision quality. This is not just workflow expertise; it\'s human systems expertise, applied to business. My goal is to move past surface fixes and address the cultural habits that either enable or constrain progress. At the core of my work is a genuine belief that people are an organization’s most valuable resource, not as a cliché, but as a responsibility. When people are treated well (when expectations are clear, leadership is consistent, and systems make sense), they tend to treat the work and the company with the same level of respect. My work is rooted in supporting people in practical, real ways, not just in theory. Bottom line: I help leaders build culture by design and create the operating systems that allow both people and the business to do their best work. Experience
Director, People & Culture
Mar 2026 — Present
At Panorama Global, I lead the People & Culture Team (PACT), partnering with senior leadership to align people strategy with organizational priorities in a mission driven, global environment and continuing to build PACT into a trusted strategic and operational partner to programmatic and operational functions.I build and scale the People function by translating strategy into practical, operational systems embedded in how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how leaders lead, ensuring people strategy is executed and not just an intent.I partner closely with the PACT team to co-create and implement integrated talent systems across performance, leveling, compensation, and development, while strengthening leadership capability, alignment, and accountability across the organization. Support and advocate for the PACT team through a servant leadership approach - clarifying priorities, removing barriers, and enabling the team to operate as a high-impact, strategic function. Work to identify organizational patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve effectiveness, using data-informed insights to guide decision-making and strengthen alignment across teams and leadership.
