FOWND is developing a platform for physical therapists that will streamline documentation by leveraging the power of AI to act as an assist and generate a SOAP note automatically at the end of a session using natural language processing.Our platform also uses computer vision to automate ROM measurements and other motion analysis - and automatically uploading those values into your note. It uses generative AI to predictively suggest treatment protocols, exercises, etc. I spent many years of my career as a Clinical Documentation Specialist reviewing notes and telling clinicians what could be better with their documentation, no doubt making life less pleasant for therapists. I\'m now hoping to do just the opposite and make life a whole lot easier for PTs.
